Terms and Conditions of Limousine Hiring
Rental of Limousine is with full acknowledgment and agreement of the following terms and conditions:
Limo-wynajem.pl usually requires an initial downpayment by Paypal.com (free online service, Visa, MC, AmEx) or initial deposit of 30% by bank transfer to process your booking, unless other prior arrangments are made with our booking department. Remaining amount will be payable to your driver. After filling-in booking form an e-mail will be sent to you with booking details and payment instructions.
Vehicle will not be reserved until payment arrangements have been made.
All on-line reservations should be made at least 24 hrs prior to the pick up time. For shorter notices please call our office at +48 669 796 361.
There is 1 hour minimum hiring time requirement unless otherwise arranged with our office.
Airport pickups: Additional charges may incur for waiting time for delayed arriving flights. There is no extra charge for the first 15 minutes of delay. After 15 minutes there is an extra €10.00 charge for every 15 minutes of waiting time for sedan limousines and minivans and €20.00 for all stretch limousines. For all arriving flights, meet your driver at arrival hall (where possible) or otherwise your limousine will be waiting right outside arrivals hall exit. To avoid a no-show fee in the amount of your initial deposit, please do not leave the airport before calling the office for assistance. A 20% surcharge may be applied to any trip from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM and certain holidays. Make sure you contact us for exact quote if you are not sure.
No smoking is allowed inside our limousines unless allowed by driver. No possession, sale or consumption of any type of narcotics or illegal drugs is permitted. Violations will result in immediate termination of services and forfeiture of all paid deposits and fees for service.
Client and renter is responsible for his/her guests, for any damage to the interior and equipments of the vehicle. This is including but not limited to : gum, wine and alcohol spillage, vomiting, breakage of champagne, wine and drink glasses, breakage of decanters, breakage of lights, television, dvd, radio, cd player. Repair and replacement of items shall have a minimum charge of at least (€100.00) one hundred euros.
All passengers agree to behave in an orderly and well-behaved manner. Limo-wynajem.pl reserves the right to expel any person from the vehicle and/or terminate service in the event of a violation of any of these conditions by any passenger. In the event of such early termination, no portion of the rental fees will be refunded.
While we are happy to let you bring personal compact disks and other various personal items we do not take any responsibility for items that are left in the vehicle during or after completion of the limousine rental period.
Limo-wynajem.pl shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by (but not limited to) acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdown, incorrect pickup and drop-off information, and any situation beyond our control.
In the event any part of this contract is declared unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
If the limousine rental is to be by a minor under the age of (18) eighteen this agreement must be signed by either a parent or legal guardian over the age of (18).
All vehicles are quoted subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates are subject to change without notice. A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking to hold your limousine and is nonrefundable. The balance is due at the time of service payable to your driver.
Limo-wynajem.pl reserves the right to substitute the limousine or the color of the vehicle at its own discretion.
By booking our limo services you agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
The person who arranges for limousine reservation with us accepts full responsibility for other persons in his party.
